Our Founders
Dr. Meredith Kapchinski and Dr. Kyle Marchand are the passionate co-founders of Fortis Therapy Center, united by a mission to deliver personalized, expert physical therapy that empowers every individual—regardless of age or ability—to achieve lasting strength and movement. With specialties spanning adaptive pediatrics to orthopedic rehab and a shared commitment to hands-on, concierge-level care, Meredith and Kyle lead Fortis with heart, innovation, and community at the core.
Meredith Kapchinski
PT, DPT Executive Director
Meredith Kapchinski is our physical therapist, graduating with her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Growing up with a passion for gymnastics, Meredith has loved participating and coaching adaptive gymnastics, and loves to use gymnastics as a part of her physical therapy treatment.
Kyle Marchand
PT, DPT Cert DN. Executive Director
Kyle Marchand is our orthopedic physical therapist, graduating with his Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine Health Science Center in 2016. Kyle specializes in Postural Restoration trained therapeutic exercise integration and classical manual therapy techniques including a certification in Therapeutic Dry Needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.
