Fortis Therapy Center Celebrates Record-Breaking Success at Oracles & Oddities 2024 Fundraiser
Dripping Springs, TX — October 22, 2024 — Fortis Therapy Center is proud to announce the overwhelming success of its annual Oracles & Oddities fundraising spectacular, held on October 19, 2024. The one-of-a-kind evening drew a spirited crowd from across Central Texas and beyond, all united to support Fortis’ mission of providing concierge-level physical therapy for children, adults, and underserved families—regardless of financial ability.
Guests enjoyed a spellbinding evening of community connection and charitable giving, capped by an unforgettable silent auction featuring rare experiences and handcrafted treasures. The highlight of the auction was a 4-night stay at Frog Call Retreat, a breathtaking 55-acre sanctuary nestled in Dahlonega, Georgia. With a main house, bunk house, treehouse, and creek-side trails, this luxury escape ignited a bidding war that captured the energy and generosity of the crowd.
“We were blown away by the turnout, the heart, and the spirit of giving,” said Executive Director Meredith Kapchinski, PT, DPT. “Every dollar raised goes directly toward our pro bono pediatric programs, community wellness initiatives, and plans to expand access to care for veterans and families in need.”
Fortis’ signature event not only surpassed its fundraising goal but also strengthened the foundation for a more inclusive model of therapy—one that puts personal connection and holistic healing at the center of care.
“We’re building more than a clinic,” added Executive Director Kyle Marchand, PT, DPT. “We’re building a movement rooted in compassion, innovation, and community strength. Oracles & Oddities reminded us all what we’re capable of when we come together.”
Fortis Therapy Center extends its heartfelt thanks to all donors, sponsors, attendees, and volunteers who made the evening a spectacular success. Plans are already underway for the 2025 event, which promises to be even more magical.
