OKeiff has 25+ years of healthcare experience combining clinical work as an RN, operations leadership up to the COO level, business development and consulting on a national basis in operational and financial performance improvement.
Specific research interests include advancements in the treatment and care of children with Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, and seizures. OKeiff’s mission is to add value to research in pediatric neurosciences that translates to treatment for improving the quality of life for children and their families.

Elizabeth Ardolino, PT, PhD is a Clinical Associate Professor at Baylor University. Dr. Ardolino earned a Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Scranton, a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Temple University, and a PhD from Seton Hall University. Dr. Ardolino’s clinical experience has focused on the neurorehabilitation of pediatric and adult clients. She loves working with adults with traumatic spinal cord or brain injuries, and children with cerebral palsy or spina bifida. Dr. Ardolino’s research focuses on assessing and promoting neuroplasticity in adults and children with neurologic disorders through the use of locomotor training. She has developed three outcome measures for the adult and pediatric neuro populations to better measure the progress that individuals make during therapy. Dr. Ardolino is thrilled to volunteer as the Director of Research at Fortis Therapy Center.
