Frequently Asked questions

In the state of Texas, you can currently see a Physical Therapist without referral for a short period of time, about 2 weeks, before requiring a referral to continue treatment. We're happy to conduct the Initial Evaluation and subsequent treatment, but since most people benefit from care for more than 2 weeks, we would like you to contact a licensed provider for a PT referral after the initial visit so that we can treat you without interruption. 

A. We are an out-of-network provider unless coming to us through Medicare. What that means is that seeing us can count toward your deductible, and our services are covered or partially covered by some insurance plans after your deductible is met. After each session, we will provide what is called a "super-bill", which is essentially an itemized receipt for the session, which you will then send to your insurance provider for reimbursement. 

Absolutely! We will provide you with the proper documentation to submit to your insurance company. 

We are currently working towards making our client reimbursement even easier through a partnership with a company called ReImbursify, where you will soon be able to use a link within our patient portal to complete this in a few easy clicks!
